2 Prenatal Sessions: • Prenatal education (diet, exercise, Q&A) • Birth plan development • Assistance with home preparation for baby • Education on areas of concern • Prenatal massage or custom tea blend Prenatal support by phone, email, zoom/duo On call labor support : • Continuous physical support, love, and encouragement in labor • Non-medical comfort support 1 in-home postpartum visit • Breastfeeding support • Postpartum screening • Referrals to community resources, if needed Visits are specialized for each mom and may include custom tea blends, massages, food prep, childcare, etc. Note: The on-call window for your birth begins 2 weeks before your estimated due date until baby is born– because babies come when they do, not when they’re due!
